About Me
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have called Seattle home since 2002. With a passion for continual growth, my professional journey has been diverse. I've served as both a public and academic librarian, a teacher, a crisis intervention specialist for the King County Crisis Line, and a community mental health clinician. I also worked in the tech industry for over a decade as a manager, senior project manager, and lead business analyst. These varied roles have allowed me to engage with a broad spectrum of individuals. Witnessing the diversity of their struggles has been a humbling experience, shaping my path toward psychotherapy. In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I teach undergraduate courses at Seattle University. When I'm not working, I like to spend my time reading, hiking, listening to true crime podcasts, and cooking for friends.
